Tim Marriott, Svenja Frahm and I created visuals for SG Lewis album launch event. The live streamed performance featured a video wall of CRT monitors and a retro disco aesthetic. We animations using a combination of digital and analog techniques. We were sent sync footage of featured artists which we refilmed using video synthesising techniques, creating a brand new archival aesthetic for the show. We scanned and refilmed old 35mm photographs from my summers in Ibiza to add to the hazy euphoric vibes. Dream project.
